Standards to prevent leakage
Pangram conducts leak testing under reduced-pressure conditions to check for leakage that could occur during a product's storage and distribution.
Products are exposed to a vacuum of 600mmHg for 5 minutes to check for leakage of contents at the coupling between the container and pump, and from the product as a whole.

Inspection for consistent spray performance
We manage normal spray performance by checking spray condition and function according to each product's intended use and specifications.
We inspect spray pattern, operating condition, and any dispensing abnormalities to verify that the spray function required of the product is reliably achieved.
